I cant rest till I get that food(usually icecream:blushing: ) . Like literally I have to stop whatever im doing. Ive tried putting it off,distaracting myself, waiting 15minutes e.t.c untill the craving dissapears but it never seems to work. Does anyone else have the same problem/How do you deal with it?
So, my body is really not proportional( hence the title :laugh: ) Like my top half is a size 6 yet my legs are a size 12 Anyone else have this problem?

Will eating constantly throughout the day(until you are satisfied) but still considerably below 1200 put your body in starvation mode? What effects does "starvation mode" actually have on your body anyway? Just curious
