Eating before a run
I usually do a 6 mile jog/run at 8 am on Saturday mornings. Tomorrow I have an engagement with my family at 10 so I will have to postpone the run until later in the day (I always work out in the mornings and eat 1/2 of a Think Thin protein bar 30 minutes before I go).
