Hello- I can't seem to find a straight answer on this; seeing mixed allowances. Followed a 'phase 1 recipe' for chili but then came across an article saying beans are a no-no due to carbs. Which is it? I love chili for lunch, especially in a cold office! TIA

This sounds cheesy but whenever I need motivation, I jump off the 'food'category on pinterest and go on to either the fashion or fitness site. There's something about seeing before and afters and quick workout routines that lights a fire under my butt!

I've had a lot of success using MFP because I've become aware of the calories and portions of what I'm eating now. But all of that went out the window yesterday when I indulged in a medium frosty! 418 calories!!! I used to enjoy these on the regular! A little awareness and accountability go a long way!
