I think I have lost all motivation to be healthy and work out every day. I still have 17 pounds to lose before Summer, but I'm really starting to doubt that I can do it. I think I need help staying motivated :( Thanks for reading.
HI. I am just wondering if it is true that if you add concentrated lemon juice to your water that it will cut back sugars that you consume throughout the day. I don't know where I heard this, but I really am curious. Thank you! :3
