This has bothered me for quite a long time already. Whenever I increase my protein intake and lower my carbs intake, I really don't feel the hunger, then I would end up not meeting even 1200 calories a day but really don't feel like eating more. I tried and forced myself to eat a little more just to get over 1200 calories…
