Food Plans: Frustrated, exhausted, lost. Need help.
Right. I'm currently at around 91.4 kg. Otherwise, 14.4 stone, or 201 pounds. I decided to lose weight a month ago. Getting into it, I dropped a few from 98(kg), to 95, to now just over 90.
