Well, I am pretty confussed because after eating a meal, i have won like 1 kilo, just in some hours! Is that possible?! When is the best moment to go on the scale?

Is it true you can burn more calories with 30 minutes of just dance 2 than 30 mins on a treadmill? if its true, thats awesome!
