cooking with vegetable oil
I'm curious about how to add something to my food diary. Today i fried (i know..bad) a lightly breaded Haddock fillet using pure vegetable oil (1/2 cup) in the pan. Now, do i add the 1/2 cup as part of my food intake for the day or what? I'm confused..And you can bet the next time i won't be using Pure vegetable oil..
