Hi im kerry, ive just had the gastric sleeve op 3 weeks ago and im 23 and was 15 stone + at my heaviest , im now 13.9 and hoping to make new friends on hear. im still on the liquid only part of the diet so far but really need support and ideas on different exercises to do. Its hard to keep motivation to exercise everyday…
