setting for "lightly active" or "sedentary" if stay at home
What do you use if you are a stay at home mom, but, do LOTS of running around/errands all day long? I put sedentary, but, I don't sit down much during the day!

Is it OK to not eat 100 of your exercise-gained calories? I don't want to throw anything out of whack, but, I also know I probably underestimate some food measurements, so, figure I would not eat 100 of my 230 calories added from doing exercise.

Best Shrimp Ever
I just buy deveined and peeled shrimp raw, toss with a little olive oil and jamaican jerk seasoning, cook in pan until done - squeeze lemon on top. Shrimp are SO low calorie - TONS of flavor. I served with rice pilaf with peas mixed in.

Is it normal to lose 2 or 3 pounds, then gain one or two, et
It seems I take 3 steps forward, then 1 or 2 back, then 3 steps forward, etc. Is it normal to fluctuate like that? I assume since the general trend is overall losing 5 pounds in 5 weeks, it's OK. I just wonder if I'm not keeping good enough track of portion size, or that is just normal. I weigh in every day.
