Going to cut back on exercising to eat less...
I had lost weight by eating 1200c a day. Then I started going to the gym (12 weights 3 days/week, elliptical for 1 hour three days/week) and gained it back. My thought is the exercising just makes me insatiably hungry. I burn 900c on the elliptical but need to eat it all back. On a weights day I don't have that hunger. I…

Estimate on Calories Burned
I don't have a way to accurately measure my calories being burned from lifting weights, so I want to get some samples. I am doing 12 different exercises (6 upper body, 4 legs) within 60 minutes. I am doing three sets of 8 for each exercise on the highest weight possible. Thanks.
