After workout BLAH's are one of my least favorite things about working out. I find the hour after the gym to be the least productive hour of my day. What do you do to spring back after hitting the gym?
First juice; green apple, kiwi, celery, kale, cranberries, carrots. Not bad.
Howdy folks, I am looking at starting a fast in about 2 weeks. Right now I am getting a base line, while attempting to get more active. My goal is to lose enough weight with juicing, and low impact activity, to get running come springtime. Wish me luck!
