How do I estimate my burn for the rest of the day??
I just got my bodymedia Fit about a week ago. I'm still pretty confused. Say I consume and burn all day long and my goal is a deficit of 1000 a day. Well, come 8pm, I'm not going to eat anymore but how do I know if I will burn enough off if I'm not at 1000 yet? I find myself "done" for the day around 8pm. I'm done eating…
