Which swimsuit?
I'm kind of stuck... The black on I can wear wraps with because it will go with the colors... But the colored one gives my chest more support (which hurts my neck).. the back one doesn't support my chest as much, but doesn't hurt my neck. Bleh!

Stupid question: How do you count how many lbs you lose?
How do you count how many lbs you lose? I know that sounds stupid but this is what I mean... August 1st I was 207.2lbs but then I went up to 210 for a few days, and now I'm at 201.4lbs So can I count the pounds I gained too... Did I lose 5.8lbs, or did I lose 8.6????? I'd like to think 8.6 HA!

I joined MFP on March 20th. So far I've lost 30.2lbs, & I'm 5'6" for those who want to know. My before picture I was 233, and now I am 202.8. I eat about 1200 calories a day, & exercise about 5+ times a week for 30 minutes. I do NOT eat back my exercise calories.

I'm doing the 30 Day Shred, and I usually burn between 270-290.... One of the nights I did the Shred I had a glass of wine before doing the dvd and I burned 326 calories... Is there any reason why you'd burn more calories working out after drinking alcohol?
