It came and went!!!
SO... Just like that my motivation is gone.. I statred off really well but now all that desire is gone.. I find that on my off days I do really really bad. The last 2 days I didn't even bother counting calories I ate and ate and ate some more of everything I saw including 3 cupcakes!!! How do you get that motivation back??…

If I workout 30 minutes in the morning and then 30 minutes in the afternoon, am I getting the same results that I would be if I worked out a full hour once a day?? I work very early mornings 4am to noon and when I come home I workout for 30 minutes and then usually again at 5:30 I work out for another 30 minutes... Is that…

Safflower oil??
So i read that using safflower oil or even taking it by the spoonful makes it so that fat doesn't stick to your body.. Has any one else ever heard of this?? or tried it??

Motivation is key
I just joined the site today!! I like it so far its very very helpful but motivation is key and losing motivation can be easy.. If any one has any ideas on staying motivated PLEASE let me know!! I look forward to meeting new people in the same boat as me!!!
