What causes this and am I doing something wrong?
Okay, I only recently started trying to get back into shape. Before I explain the details, a bit of info that might help - I am on Topamax for epilepsy - which is known for causing muscle mass depletion. I don't know if that has anything to do with this. When I do exercising - I do the following: DDR, AbRoller, sit-ups,…
