Hi I've just started on MFP and I'm also starting the 5:2 diet. I'd be interested to know what others put as their goals/settings for MFP. I put weight loss and MFP suggested 1,200 cal a day. I think what I'd prefer to do, is put the settings to maintain weight, but then restrict myself to 500 cal on the "fasting" days.…
