So I pretty sure a majority of us here agree premade food products are bad for the most part. But - are there any really good, healthy ones you've found you just love? I'm a sucker for a larabar or the That's It Fruit Bars.

Always hungry?
So when you count calories and are in a calories deficit are you going to feel constantly hungry? I'm only halfway through my calories for the day and I am very very hungry. Is it supposed to be like this?
