Just Starting Out - Overwhelmed
I am feeling overwhelmed with the 50-70lbs I would like to lose. What are some reasonable goals to help me stay on track/stay motivated? Ex: Lose 10lbs per month as a goal instead of my generic "I have 50lbs to lose" Thoughts? Tips? Encouragement! (I have two kiddos under 5 and work full time - could really use some handy…
