i have been put on 6 steroids aday because of my asthma i was wondering if anyone will know if this effect my weight loss and how i can counter act this
my name is sheila i have joined today and am trying to get to grips with it all have to lose weight for an operation so would be glad to have any advice anyone can give me thanks
