Are there other grandmothers out there trying to lose weight and get fit & healthy? I'd love to hear from you. I love my grandchildren and want to get fit and healthy so I can do even more with them.
I'm new here and I have some questions about earning calories thru exercise. Is it wise to eat them or better to not? I'm trying to stay around 1200 calories a day. I try to exercise at least 1/2 an hour five days a week minimum. Thoughts anyone?
