New and looking for advice
Hi all, few details - Rick, age 35, 6'4 and currently 316 lb. I have been doing the whole calorie counting thing for a few weeks now, currently 7lb's lost in total. My calorie goal per day is 2080 but I also go on the wii fit each day and do 300-400 calories on that. Do I therefore HAVE to eat (say I do 300 on the wii)…
