Why 0 gram goal for poly- and monounsaturated fats?
Everyday, MFP says my goal for polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats is zero grams. But recommendations say we should eat foods high in those "good" fats. Why does MFP want us to literally eliminate them from our diets?

Why might sugar goals vary day to day
I track sugar. I was surprised to see that the sugar goal for me in MFP varies from day to day, sometimes substantially. Example: I'm on a 1,500-calorie-a-day goal, yet my sugar goal, according to MFP, can be 87 grams one day but only 55 the next. Why would it change like that?
