Hello all. I am a soon-to-be 50-yr old who is soon-to-be divorced male. I used to work out 3x a week using free weights (squats, dead lifts, presses and bench). I stopped about a year ago and it put me 20 lbs further away from my goal of 190 lbs. Been doing some Tabata body-weight routines. With the warmer getting slighter…
