I have just completed phase 1 of my diet which was cardio and calorie reduction. I did this for 90 days and lost 25 lbs.. I would like some advice for the next 90 days, I am going to do weight training but I want to add a fat burner, should I go with Hydroxycut or Cellucor super hd.. any advice welcomed
I just started taking whey protein, gold standard about 2 days ago and since then , Noticed that when I use the bathroom, my poop is a much darker color than normal, is this normal?
