I have just completed phase 1 of my diet which was cardio and calorie reduction. I did this for 90 days and lost 25 lbs.. I would like some advice for the next 90 days, I am going to do weight training but I want to add a fat burner, should I go with Hydroxycut or Cellucor super hd.. any advice welcomed

Exactly. Fat burners are something you dont need to consider until you have hit a significant weight loss plateau.0

^^Yep. Those pills and potions are bull-pucky. If they worked, this country (and many others) wouldn't have an obesity epidemic. You've done brilliantly so far, lifting should/will only take it to the next level (lifting IS your "fat burner"). Congrats and good luck!0 -

Their active ingredient is caffeine, so just drink some coffee. For phase 2, lift weights.0
