BLARG!! Losing my mind!
Ok, so I have been losing weight since two years ago. I started at 235 pounds and dropped to 215. In October of 2010 my husband started his 5th deployment to a war zone. Since then I have hit the gym 5 days a week and am down to 196. I have hit the wall!!!! I no longer drink soda like water, I am down to maybe 2 per month.…
