Binge Eating

How do you stop binge eating?

Eating too many calories at night
Hi Guys, I have had a really busy day at work. I have over 1000 calories left due to a really low calorie lunch, no snacks and a good gym session. Is it ok to eats lots tonight to eat my calories for the day? Or should I leave some calories for another day? Thoughts? Sandrea

I didn't lose weight this week?
I have been under my calories most day, been to the gym 6 days out of 7. And still no wieight loss. I went over by 300 calories, but that can't be enough to stop me losing a pound. I am so disappointed.
