Newbie here, trying to be as accurate as possible with the diary. Actually down 14 lbs from a couple months ago, but some of that was before I started MFP. I know I could eat a lot healthier foods. But I don't think I can make too many changes all at the same time. Literally going to lose my refrigerator and a big freezer…
