I know this is going to seem like a dumb question, but is a whole wheat taco shell just as bad as whole wheat bread. I found a lot of high protein recipes but a common item is whole wheat taco shells. Thanks in advance!~

Trouble kick starting weight loss??

Eating Breakfast..
OK so I have never been a fan of breakfast, I'm never hungry in the morning and the thought of eating makes me gag! I have been to doing my best to force feed myself breakfast, but its difficult. Does anyone else have this problem, or have any tips to make eating in the morning easier??

Back to work
Hey guys just wanted to let everyone know I'm back to work with the T25. I started over after missing a week. I was a lil disappointed but still excited! I'm really excited to hear everyone's progress as you start your 3rd week! So who's kept their focus and what results are you seeing? Anyone nailed it! yet???

Just finished the abs workout day 4! And I never sweat so much doing abs lol! Loved it! Great workout! Let me know what you guys thought! Keep up the good work guys! ;)

Sorry for my absence
I hope everyone is doing awesome with the T25!! I missed Friday and yesterday due to some health issues. Should be back at it tom if I get the ok from the Doc! How is everyone doing??? What progress have you made?? I'm excited to hear everyone's success! I'm a lil behind but not giving up!

Workouts for arms
I would really like to get the fat off my arms and get them toned up. Does anyone have any workouts that will really target the under part of the arm(bat wings). They are getting in the way of some of my other workouts and they really bring me down. Any help??

Holly Total Body!
Now that was a workout! I almost quit a few times but I took a sec and got right back in there! I think it will take me a while to nail that one! But I look forward to the day I can! How was it for you?? And who is ready for abs tomorrow??
