weight watcher pro points
I`ve noticed that a few people had left weight watchers and joined MFP. I also did this as although the old points system worked for me the new pro points system did not even though I gave it a good long and acurate chance. I`m just curious to know wether anybody out there knows why it works for some and not for others.…

I didnt do anything wrong
:cry: I know I shouldnt weigh myself everyday but I cant help it. The thing is, I have been following my plan more than perfectly and when I got on the scales this morning I weighed a pound heavier than I did yesterday, I cant understand it :huh: ?

going out for meals
I feel like i`m just beginning to get somewhere with this weight loss programme but I got invited to a chinese meal and although I really want to go I dont want to scupper all my good work so far but I also dont want to avoid go out for meals forever, any suggestions ?

treadmill
Help, I have just run 35 minutes on a treadmill and wanted to add the exercise to my diary. I typed in treadmill into the database and the only treadmill that came up was stair treadmill egometer. Does anybody know how I enter the calories used from doing 30 minutes on a normal treadmill, thnk you
