Insanity any good?
I have been working out at home and my gym for awhile and looking to change it up a bit and get off the plateau that I have seemed to hit. Anyone have experience with Insanity? Just looking for real-life feed back vs the infomercials. Any pros and/or cons you can share? Thanks!!!

Home vs Gym Equipment
I am curious about the calories burned on the gym elliptical vs my home elliptical. I used the same level and the same time, at the gym I was able to enter my weight but at home I am not. For 30 mins at the gym I burned 326 calories and 30 mins at home I burned 500. Which one is right? That is quite a difference, any ideas?
