Weight loss and exercise?
Hi There I need to lose 70 pounds and have been exercising regularly 5 - 6 times per week. I do Aqua Aerobics for 4 hours per week, zumba 1 hour, kettle bells 1 hour and 1 & 1/2 hours of jogging every week. I have not done exercise like this for years.
