Weight loss and exercise?

Hi There I need to lose 70 pounds and have been exercising regularly 5 - 6 times per week. I do Aqua Aerobics for 4 hours per week, zumba 1 hour, kettle bells 1 hour and 1 & 1/2 hours of jogging every week. I have not done exercise like this for years. I am eating sensibly and regularly reaching my goal each day of combined food and exercise. I am putting on weight? I have lost 7 inches off my waist and hips in 2 weeks and I have lost 1.5% of body fat. I am just wondering is this normal? and will my weight loss start to come down soon? Thanks

    Sounds like you're eating at around maintenance calories and the exercise is improving your body composition in favour of muscle.

    You don't say how much you're eating or your weight & height. An open diary would help review food too.

    Inches lost, awesome! You are probably eating around maintenaince, you could try playing around with calories, but as long as you feel great and have enough energy, just keep it up.
    Being active and losing inches is great.
