Hope everyone's having a great day so far. I've been doing my usual household chores. Set my pedometer and getting my walking time in that way and don't even realize how much I've walked.
I started on here in February and love it. I'm working in lowering my A1C. I lost 8 pounds so far and my Dr was as impressed as I was.
