I started on here in February and love it. I'm working in lowering my A1C. I lost 8 pounds so far and my Dr was as impressed as I was. I found I can eat just about anything as long as I follow the portion guide on the bag or box. I also downloaded the pedometer app I found thru the site and use that each day too.
