'Cups'
So a lot of the foods i put in give measurements in 'cups' I was wondering how much a cup should be? Its not a measurement im familiar with - what size cup would you use?! I hope this doesnt seem like a silly question!

Does it matter what time of day you have your calories?
I was just wondering - should you spread them out evenly throughout the day? or is it better to have more earlier on? I am going out for dinner tonight so plan on saving the majority of my calories for the say until then, so technically im not going over but i feel like this probably isnt the best way to loose weight? any…

I downloaded the app on my blackberry about a month ago and have only just discovered the website! thought i'd say hi! So far ive lost 8 lbs and its the best ive ever done on a diet - i think with the forums and support i could do even better - very pleased to have found it!
