Heart Rate Monitors
Now I know (from a previous post/answer) that a heart rate monitor will help you figure out how many calories you burn in a workout. Now! My next question is....which one is the best or which one do you use and why? Maybe Santa will bring one in my stocking :tongue:

Is there a specific site you check your nutritional values of what you enter in your log on myfitnesspal to confirm the nutrional value is correct? Many of the entries in the database seem to be lacking information (specifically the potassium, fiber, and vit A I'm looking for).

under 1200 calories - bad?
MFP keeps giving me the "you're under 1200 calories, weight loss will be difficult and you're starving yourself" warning at the end of the day. Is this really true? Because I'm usually full around 900-1000 calories. I've always heard to eat until you're full. Well, I'm under 1200 calories and I'm full. Seems like…

No matter how healthy I'm eating I'm having a hard time getting my full potassium intake. Can anyone suggest low carb/calorie, high pot. foods?? I'm already taking a multivitamin....
