I was wondering how people figured out how many calories they burn! A heartrate monitor....duh!

Whichever you choose, take them at night before you go to bed. I always get sick if I take vitamins in the a.m.

I also have a ton of digestive issues. If I don't drink a TON of water or eat my yogurt every day then it's not good. I brought an apple today so we'll see how that sits. They tend to give me Acid Reflux.

ME! I haven't lately but usually I do. I eat such high protein/low cal stuff sometimes it's hard.

I agree with the pp about sodium but I also the soy content of "diet food/meals/snacks". Being a woman battling infertility this is a red flag for me. Soy (in high amounts) can have the potential of changing your hormone levels. LOTS of soy in lean cuisine and ww. Every now and again, yes. Everyday, not for me.

Totally agree. Eating as raw as possible is the way to go!

I CANNOT stand greek yogurt. Nasty nasty stuff :( I eat Mountain High - Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt, 0.75 cup each day. It has less sugars than yoplait and other brands.

I eat a lot of high protein foods that don't have a ton of calories like whole oatmeal with raisins, lowfat yogurt with granola and fresh fruit, avocados w/cottage cheese, chicken, etc. Very filling. I eat every 2 hours usually and pack my foods in the pampered chef 1 cup and 2 cup bowls so I don't overeat. I drink a ton…

Your food diary looks like you're not eating your proteins. Eat a protein with every complex carb you consume, stay away from high sodium, processed foods. Just my opinion :)

There are awesome glass bowls with measurements on the side (hold up to 1 cup but have 1/4, 1/3, oz, etc) from Pampered Chef. Similar to the ones posted above. They are AWESOME! I always pack my snacks in those because I know exactly how much I'm getting, can prepare them all on Sunday so I'm not tempted to NOT take…

Whole Wheat Pita Bread, stuffed with mixture of tuna (or chicken), raisins, tumeric, red onion, cilantro and a TBSP of plain yogurt. Whole Wheat Pita Bread, red bell pepper, mustard (or red wine vinegrette spray dressing - 1 pump), sliced chicken breast, romaine lettuce for a lunch side I usually do the baybel cheeses…

Awesome! Thank you - this is what I was looking for!

I'm not eating many packaged products but trying to eat as "raw" as possible so I can't just get the nutritional info off the package ;(

Is it true that coffee has potassium?? That'd be awesome cause I drink it like crazy... :) I keep reading different things on websites. I've been eating raisins, tuna, squash, cantelope, yogurt, and mango because they're pretty high. The highest levels are in lima beans though and I.will.not.eat. GROOOSS

Great link! Thank you! I wish there was a way I could look at all the calorie/carb alongside the potassium but it'll be easy to look up.
