I just can't keep counting calories like this.
I've been officially counting calories for only 5 days and it's driving me insane! I get so nervous whenever I get close to my limit, I'm always hungry, I'm driving myself up a wall trying to count calories. But I know that if I don't, I'll just eat all the time.
