Getting back on track
I started on my weight loss journey last Nov. and lost about 100 lbs in about 9 months. However, the last 4 months have been awful! I completely lost sight of what I am trying to accomplish. 40 cal "elephant ear"
When I'm craving something sweet, this always hits the spot. Whole wheat pita pocket bread (cut in half so there is no pocket :) ) Ideal Brown Sugar Cinnamon Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat up the pita. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and flip over for a few seconds to let the sugar melt a bit. Enjoy!!!

Lower carb dieting
I've been on a diet for 6 1/2 months and lost over 80 lbs but now my weight loss has really slowed. I was thinking about going on a lower carb diet(not Atkins, i want to be able to eat fruit) Does anyone know what a good number of carbs will work?
