dieting and counting calories
Hi all! I am a 42 year old male in fairly good physical shape. I am trying to lose 20lbs and cannot seem to get the scale to budge.I work out 4-5 days a week for 90 minutes each time, ( cardio 30 minutes, free weights 60 minutes) and with a trainer once a week.
