A few questions about BMR, TDEE, ETC.
So, I'm new to this, and I've been reading a few posts and what not but I'm really confused about this hole BMR and TDEE thing. So I was hoping maybe someone could shine some light on it for me? So MFP says I should eat 1330 cals a day, my BMR is 1689.18 and my TDEE is 2428. So does this mean I should be eating anywhere…
