So, I'm new to this, and I've been reading a few posts and what not but I'm really confused about this hole BMR and TDEE thing. So I was hoping maybe someone could shine some light on it for me? So MFP says I should eat 1330 cals a day, my BMR is 1689.18 and my TDEE is 2428. So does this mean I should be eating anywhere from 1700-1800 cals a day to lose weight effectively? I just want to make sure I'm doing this correctly and healthily. Here's some side info (I don't know what you guys need to know to answer this) height: 5'8.5" weight 184.8 goal:125-130 activity: exercise 5-6 days a week sometimes more (burn anywhere from 200 cals-900 cals) and I'm also curious about diet questions. I'm lactose intolerant and I don't drink soda so that's out, but has anyone drank the odawalla super food juices? And has anyone liked them? I also want to know if protein smoothies would be a good choice for breakfasts since i do lifting and cardio every day. Last question, so how many calories do I need to burn to lose 2 lbs a week or 1 1/2lbs a week? Again if anyone has any advice they can give me it's much appreciated like what to stay away from and such. I'm literally coming into this blind and confused lol. I know nothing about this stuff.
