HI! I was watching a cooking show and saw that they put mushrooms raw in sandwiches and salads. Can you eat mushrooms raw or do you always have to saute or roast them? I'm buying packaged mushrooms from TESCO and I'd love to put them raw in a salad or a sandwich but I didn't know if they were edible this way.
