Replace burned calories?
So im confused. Am I supposed to replace the calories I burn during exercise? I thought the point was to lose calories.

Calorie Intake?
Ive always been told for my size, that I should be Taking in 2000 Calories. I am 5'6" and around 245. I started this program a few days ago and it has me at 1520 calories. Does this sound right to you guys? I am new to the diet scene. I'm sticking to the program just curious.

Coke Zero
Im cutting all booze and beer out of my diet. I seem to be replacing that with soda, but im drinking coke zero. It says there are no cal.,no carbs. Is this possible? Should I stay away from diet soda all together? I am new to dieting seriously so any suggestions would help. Thanks in advance.
