Fat loss weight routine?
I'm looking to start lifting a lot more and use a set routine. I checked the body building site, but I couldn't really find what I wanted. I'm looking to do a fat loss weight routine using weight machines 3-4 a week. Does anyone do a routine like this or know where I can find one?

How many calories should I consume a day?
Hello all, I've been fluctuating when it comes to calorie intake, because I haven't come up with a good number yet. I'm male, weigh 318 lbs, 6'5", and am moderately active. I exercise 3-5 days a week. I'm currently consuming 2000 calories a day +/- exercise for that day. Would it be unhealthy if I consumed less than that?

Have lost ~20 lbs in the past month, so I decided to start tracking my calorie intake. I've been very active by going to the gym and running 3-5 miles on the elliptical and also playing basketball a lot. Working shifts really throws me for a loop, i work 12 hour shifts and switch from nights to days often. I weigh ~325 now…
