How do I know what my macros should be set at for weight loss? I am 5' tall and weigh 153 lbs.
Does anyone know which exercise burns more calories? Elliptical or running? The elliptical machine says I burn more doing 30 minutes of that as opposed to 30 minutes on the treadmill. Is this accurate?
Hi everyone, I am new to MFP, but it's great to see all of the support and good information on here. I am 4'11.5" and weigh 147 lbs. I had some success on the Ideal Protein diet, but I can't seem to stick with it anymore. I want to lose weight, but not be completely miserable doing so. I started using MFP a couple of weeks…
