Toddler Breastfeeding
How do you know how many calories to add for nursing? My LO is one, but she feeds at least 2x at night and then on demand during the day (at LEAST another 3-4 times). She eats maybe 1-2 meals of solids at the moment. I've been doing 500, but not sure if that's the right amount? Thanks!
