50 lbs down!!
I have hit 50 lbs down! I am 2 lbs away from ONE-derland and half way to my goal of losing 100 lbs! After being obese since I can remember and having a food addiction. I feel like I am starting to have control of my life, I am feeling happy and confident and like this life couldn't get any better! :)

Almost 40 lbs down!

where to start with strength training?

PCOS and low carb?
I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and have been doing quite a bit of research since then about it. I saw that low carb diets are most commonly reccommended for women with pcos because of insulin levels. Does anyone on here have it or have done low carb because of pcos?

Getting kind of frustrated..
